1. Batterie gemischte Flak-Abteilung 923
m April 1940 in Wiener-Neustadt mit drei leichten Batterien aufgestellt und anschließend in Bordeaux beim Stab des Flak-Regiments 45 eingesetzt.
1942 verlegte die Abteilung nach Pauillac, wo sie weiterhin dem Stab des Flak-Regiments 45 unterstand.
Im Juli 1942 wurde sie in leichte Flak-Abteilung 923 (v) umbenannt und Ende 1942 auf vier Batterien verstärkt.
Im August 1944 verlegte die Abteilung zurück nach Deutschland. Im Februar 1945 stand sie in Landau beim Stab des Flak-Regiments 45.
